IIAC Performers of the Week

A sophomore from Adair, Iowa, Wheatley posted the No. 7 time in NCAA Division III in the 200 meters at the Wartburg Select on Saturday. He placed second in the event, finishing in 22.33 seconds, the top time in the Iowa Conference. He added a second-place effort in the 60, finishing in 7.02 seconds.

Wheatley owns the Iowa Conference's top times in both the 60 and 200 meters and is now a two-time IIAC Track Performer of the Week. He last won on April 26, 2016.
