King, Wanek recognized on All-A-R-C Team

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa -- The American Rivers Conference released the 2021 Women's Tennis All-Conference Team on Tuesday, and seniors Emily King and Anna Wanek were recognized for both singles and doubles.

King picked up her third All-A-R-C honor in both singles and doubles after earning a spot on the first team the last two years and garnering honorable mention accolades as a freshman. She finished the conference season with a 6-2 record in No. 2 singles and teamed up with Wanek to compile a 6-1 record at No. 1 doubles. Wanek collects her second all-conference nod in singles and doubles after posting a 6-2 league record at No. 1 singles and helping King to a nearly-perfect season in doubles action. 

As a unit, the Storm finished the fall season 4-5 overall and 4-4 in the conference.
