NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Cassie Nash and Anna Wanek combined for 30 points and Dylan Holland recorded a double-double, but the Simpson College women's basketball team dropped a 68-65 overtime battle to Berry.

The Vikings (6-4) claimed their largest lead of the game, 46-37, with 9:34 left in the fourth, but the Storm (2-7) erased the deficit with six points from Nash and five from Haley Rasmussen. The two teams stayed within a basket of each other until six straight points gave Berry a 58-53 advantage with 2:22 remaining. Wanek drained a three on the next possession and made two free throws with 27 seconds left to send the game to overtime.

In the extra period, Berry broke a 60-60 tie with a pair of free throws and a bucket from Elizabeth Sierzant.
