Storm baseball receives ABCA academic award
INDIANOLA, Iowa – The Simpson College baseball program earned the 2021-22 American Baseball Coaches Association's Team Academic Excellence Award on Wednesday.
The ABCA Team Academic Excellence Award honors programs that post a grade point average of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale for the entire 2021-22 academic year. The Storm posted a team GPA of 3.29 during that span.
Simpson was one of 154 Division III programs to be recognized with this year's award.
