Pochop named First Team Academic All-American

INDIANOLA, Iowa — For the third time in as many years, the Simpson men's soccer team has an Academic All-American on its roster. This time around it's Garrett Pochop.

Pochop earned a spot on the CoSIDA Academic All-America First Team for the 2016 season, as announced by the College Sports Information Directors of America. A junior forward from Pierre, S.D., Pochop adds to his growing list of accomplishments by becoming Simpson's second straight First Team Academic All-American.
