Simpson ranked ninth in region after final regular season meet
NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Simpson College women's cross country team secured a No. 9 ranking in the latest USTFCCCA regional poll following their final regular season meet last Friday.
Competing in a highly competitive field that included three NCAA Division I teams, one Division II team, and one NAIA program, the Storm finished fifth out of six teams. Teghan Booth led the way individually with a ninth place finish.
The squad now shifts its focus to the American Rivers Conference Championships set for Saturday, Nov. 2.
