Brown earns eighth place at NCAA Regional
DUBUQUE, Iowa -- On the final day of competition of the NCAA Lower Midwest Regional on Sunday, Simpson wrestler RJ Brown earned eighth place in the 174-pound weight class as the team ended in 15th overall.
Brown entered today with a matchup against Cam Hayes of North Central. Hayes won by a narrow 3-1 decision. The loss moved Brown to the seventh-place match, where he lost by a 12-3 major decision to Cornell's Nic Jarvis.
Brown concludes his career for the Storm with a 69-56 career record.
