Four golfers tabbed WGCA All-American Scholars

INDIANOLA, Iowa – Taylor Elam, Kristen Roe, Madeline Streicher and Madison Wardlow were each tabbed All-American Scholars by the Women's Golf Coaches Association on Thursday.

Elam and Streicher were recognized for the second time in their careers, while Roe and Wardlow earned the honor for the first time.

To qualify for the WGCA All-American Scholar Team, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50, be an amateur on the team's roster and have played in half of the college's regularly scheduled competitive rounds during the year. A total of 1,401 women's collegiate golfers from 378 programs were recognized with this prestigious honor.
