2023 | senior

• Became Simpson’s first track and field All-American since 2018 after finishing seventh in the final of the 110 meter hurdles (14.47) at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships
• Qualified for the outdoor national championships with a career-best 14.43 at the Augustana Midwest Qualifier, the fourth-fastest time in school history
• Named USTFCCCA all-region in the indoor 60 meter hurdles and the outdoor 110 meter hurdles
• Finished in third place in the 60 meter hurdles final at the conference indoor championships in 8.17, earning his second all-conference honor
• Also took home the bronze and his third all-conference award n the 110 meter hurdles in the conference outdoor championships in 14.69
• Clocked a time of 8.12 seconds in the 60 meter hurdles at the Wartburg Qualifier, just .01 seconds off the school record
• Overall, won six races across the 60 meter and 110 meter hurdles on the year

2022 | junior

• Part of the distance medley relay team that set a school record with a time of 10:08.63 at the A-R-C Indoor Championships, earning all-conference honors with a third-place finish
• Won the 110 meter hurdles at the Simpson-Central Dual in a career-best 14.48, the fourth-fastest time in school history
• Opened his season by winning the indoor 300 meters in 35.64 at the Dutch Holiday Preview, the second fastest time in school history
• Also won the 60 meter hurdles at the same event in a career-best 8.29, the fifth-fastest time in school history

2021 | sophomore

• All-A-R-C Academic Team
• Won two 60-meter hurdle titles during the indoor season
• Anchored the 4x100 relay that captured first at the Central-Nebraska Wesleyan-Simpson Triangular
• Finished first in the 110 hurdles at the Dr. Tucker Open
• Was a member of both the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams that narrowly missed all-conference recognition with two fourth-place finishes at the outdoor league championships

2020 | freshman

• Won his first collegiate event at the Dutch Athletics Classic, clocking a 8.77 in the 60-meter hurdles
• Outdoor season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic
