Nine gymnasts recognized by WCGA for academics

MARLBORO, N.J. - Nine student-athletes on the Simpson College women's gymnastics team were named Scholastic All-Americans by the Women's Collegiate Gymnastics Association (WCGA) on Wednesday.

Kaley Bristow, Izzy Brown, Annika Cole, Olivia Short, Kaelyn Tally and Baily Tessena all earned the honor for the second year in a row, while Nicola Catchpole, Brooklen Morgan and Evalyn Resnick were recognized for the first time.

To achieve the WCGA Scholastic All-American standing, individuals must post an overall grade point average of 3.5 or above.
