Storm men complete fall campaign at Grand View Invite

AMES, Iowa -- The Simpson College men's golf team concluded this year's fall campaign with an 11th place finish at the two-day Grand View Invitational.

The Storm compiled a team score of 684 while golfing at Otter Creek Golf Course in Ankeny. Simpson carded a 351 on Monday before trimming 18 strokes off on day two for a team total of 333.

Sophomore Brendan Bayeur carded an 83 each day to lead the Storm with a 166. Isaac Roe finished three strokes behind Roe with a 169, and Nick Campbell improved his day two score by seven swings for a 171 total. Also golfing for Simpson in the fall finale was Camden Ganzeveld and Carson Crile.
