Items you can't live without?
• A fishing pole and Mountain Dew.
Favorite vacation spot?
• My family has a time share in Branson, Missouri, so we would spend a week there every summer.
Favorite spot on campus?
• Sitting mat side in Hopper Gymnasium during duals.
Favorite thing about Simpson?
• The coaches and people that work there. They are constantly trying to make Simpson a better place.
Family?
• My wife, Haley, and our Bernese Mountain Dog mix, Bonnie.
What would you be doing if you were not coaching?
• Running my own CrossFit gym.
Best athletic moment?
• Becoming a two-time NCAA Division I All-American at UNI.

• Cole Sprouse
One thing people don't know about you?
• I have a scar on the back of my head from being thrown off a horse into a barbed wire fence.

• Fishing

• Doug Schwab – His ability to give so much of his time to his athletes, family and friends is something I constantly try to work towards.
