Simpson dance heads to state competition

INDIANOLA, Iowa – The Simpson College dance team will perform three routines at the ISDTA State Championships on Friday inside Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines.

The Storm are competing in the Division II/III Pom, Jazz and Hip-Hop categories with their pom routine at 9:23 a.m., jazz at 1:03 p.m. and hip-hop at 4:47 p.m. Awards will be presented at 5:10 p.m.

"The team has put in a lot of hard work these past few weeks and I have seen tremendous improvement in our routines because of it," said head coach Lindsay Kline. "I am so excited to see them get out on the competition floor and show everyone what SCDT can do!"
