DUBUQUE, Iowa - Liz Frazier scored a pair of first half goals as Dubuque beat the Simpson women's soccer team 3-1 on Saturday.
Frazier scored in the 17th minute and again in the 36th for the league-leading Spartans (14-4, 5-1 Iowa Conference).
Casey Reisen found the back of the net in the 85th minute, the lone goal of the contest for the Storm (2-15-1, 0-5-1), who were knocked out conference tournament contention with the loss. Maddie Thomas assisted on the play.

Simpson closes its season on Tuesday, Oct. 28 when it hosts Central on Senior Day at Buxton Stadium. Kickoff is set for 5 p.m. Seniors will be recognized between the women's and men's games.
