2024 | fifth-year

• Ran an 8:33.78 in the indoor 3,000 meters at the A-R-C Indoor Championships, the second-fastest mark in school history
• Earned his first career all-conference honor in the distance medley relay
• Clocked a time of 14:45.63 at the Wis.-Platteville Invitational, the fifth-fastest in school history
• Finished second in the 10,000 meters at the Midwest Twilight Qualifier, running the eighth-fastest time in school history in a time of 31:27.63

2023 | senior

• Part of the distance medley relay team that ran a 10:29.19 at the A-R-C Indoor Championships, the eighth-fastest in school history
• Became the 10th Storm runner to go under 15 minutes for an outdoor 5,000 meters, with a career-best 14:56.96 at the Kip Janvrin Open
• Set a career-best in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:04.57 at the Dr. Tucker Open

2022 | junior

• Ran the fastest outdoor 800 meters of any Storm runner on the year, clocking a career-best 1:58.00 at the Dr. Tucker Open
• Won the indoor 3000 meters at the Grinnell Invitational in a time of 9:20.80
• Recorded career-bests in the outdoor 1500 meters (4:10.07) and the 5000 meters (15:50.96)

2021 | sophomore

• Ran a season-best 1:58.56 in the outdoor 800 meters at the Dr. Tucker Open
• Clocked a season-best 4:11.82 in the 1500 meters at the A-R-C Outdoor Championships

2020 | freshman

• Finished 4th in the 1000 meters at the Prairie Wolf Indoor Invitational in 2:47.26, the second-fastest time by a Storm runner on the year
• Ran a season-best 4:37.09 in the mile at the A-R-C Indoor Championships

High School

• A 2019 graduate of Ames High School
• Coached by Tim Mooney and Ben Duea
• Three-time letterwinner for cross country, track and chorus
• 2019 Iowa 4A 4x800m state champion and 1600m state qualifier
• Two-time Iowa cross country 4A state participant
