2021 | senior

• Set a school record in the hammer throw at the A-R-C Outdoor Championships, finishing second with a mark of 51.86 meters and earning all-conference honors
• Also recorded a school record in the indoor weight throw, with a toss of 17.26 meters
• Set a career-best in the discus at the Central-NWU-Simpson with a 39.10 meters
• Won the indoor shot put and weight throw at both the BVU Triangular and the Dutch A-R-C Triangular, setting a career-best 14.24 meter throw at the BVU meet in the shot put

2020 | junior

• Won the weight throw at the Wartburg College Select, recording a throw of 15.33 meters
• Set a season-best in the weight throw with a 15.78 meter toss at the Wartburg Qualifier

2019 | sophomore

• Finished second in the weight throw at Grinnell with a season-best toss of 14.01 meters
• Recorded season-best tosses in the shot put (13.14 meters) and the discus (36.71 meters) at the Dr. Tucker Open

2018 | freshman

• Set a season-best throw of 14.05 meters in the weight throw at the Iowa Conference Indoor Championships
• Finished in the top 10 in the shot put, discus, and hammer throw at the Loras Easter Midweek
