Storm conclude fall season at Central Fall Classic

IOWA CITY, Iowa - Simpson men's golf team was led by freshman Jack Wahman for the third time this fall season, as the squad competed at the Central Fall Classic at Finkbine Golf Course in Iowa City, Iowa.

Wahman's two-day total of 162 was good for a tie for 25th. Blake Perrin, the only other Storm golfer to lead the squad at an event this season, came in just one stroke behind over the two days to tie for 32nd.

Despite playing as an individual, Garin Grinstead carded a 165 to tie for 36th. Junior Isaac Roe fired a 169 to tie for 53rd. Rounding out the Simpson lineup were Nick Campbell (174, T-62nd) and Brendan Bayeur (185, 75th).

Simpson shot a team total of 334 each day, good for an overall 78 shot improvement from last year in the same event. With the tournament ending, this concludes the men's fall season.
