2021-22 | junior

• Named USTFCCCA All-Midwest Region in the indoor 3K and 5K and outdoor 1500m, 5K and 10K
• Won SC ESPY Record-Breaking Performer of the Year accolades
• Earned All-A-R-C Academic honors and was named an USTFCCCA All-Academic Individual
• Clocked a top-10 finish in the 3K at the NCAA DIII Indoor Championships 
• Broke a 1986 school record in the outdoor 1500-meter run with a time of 3:47.87 at the Dr. Tucker Open
• Lowered his own program record in the outdoor 5K with a time of 14:18.76 at the UW-Platteville inviational
• Ran his first career indoor 5K and broke a 1985 school record with a time of 14:22.41
• Reset his own program record in the 3K twice, once at the Larry Wieczorek Invite (8:18.61) and again at the Bearcat Invite (8:15.14)
• Placed second in the 3K at the A-R-C Indoor Championships for all-conference recognition
• Anchored the indoor distance medley relay that earned all-conference honors 
• Won the 5K at the A-R-C Outdoor Championships in 14:53.00, Simpson's first distance champion since 2012
• Earned all-conference honors in outdoor 10K with a third place finish

2020-21 | sophomore

• Earned CoSIDA Academic All-District honors
• Named SAAC's Male Athlete of the Year
• All-A-R-C Academic Team
• Named USTFCCCA All-Central Region in the outdoor 1500m and 5000m as well as indoor DMR
• Placed 13th in the 5K at the NCAA DIII Outdoor Championships (Simpson's first distance qualifier since 1996)
• Broke a 37-year-old school record in the 5K at Simpson's Kip Janvrin Open with a time of 14:26.13
• Tallied all-conference honors in the indoor distance medley relay, outdoor 1500m, and outdoor 10,000m
• Ended the year with school records in the 3,000- and 5,000- meter races, and was a part of the record-setting DMR squad
• Won the outdoor 1500m at the Dr. Tucker Open and the indoor mile at the Dubuque/Loras Triangular

2019-20 | freshman

• Named team's co-MVP
• Broke a 32-year-old school record in the 3000m with a time of 8:34.45
• Missed out on two all-conference honors with fourth-place results in the mile and 4x800 at the championships
• Won the mile at both the Spartan Invitational and Wartburg Select Invitational
