Storm conclude day one of NWU Spring Invite

LINCOLN, Neb. -- After the first day of the Nebraska Wesleyan Spring Invitational on Sunday, the Simpson men's golf team are in 11th with a team score of 333.

Blake Bender is just ahead of his season average of 79.7 with a 76 through the first 18 holes of the two-day event. Nathan Eaton is second on the team with an 82, which lands him tied for 46th.

Austin Hronich is just shy of his season average of 83.4 with an 84. Lucas Hemphill is supporting a 91 and Zach Kreider rounds out the Storm with a 92.

Simpson concludes the final day of the invite tomorrow with a 10 a.m. tee time.
