Simpson concludes NWU Spring Invite

LINCOLN, Neb. -- The Simpson men's golf team shot a 332 on the last day of the Nebraska Wesleyan Spring Conference Preview on Monday at Hillcrest Country Club in Lincoln, Neb.

Nathan Eaton and Austin Hronich both carded a 78 for the afternoon. Eaton finished with a score of 160 over the two days and finished tied for 34th, while Hronich shot a 162, tying for 41st.

Blake Bender matched Eaton and tied for 34th after shooting an 84 today. Lucas Hemphill produced a 92, one stroke higher than yesterday for a 183 to finish tied for 62nd. Zach Kreider tallied 65th with a two-day score of 188.

The Storm take a weekend off before returning for the American Rivers Conference Championships on Friday, April 26 in Iowa City, Iowa. The match will be held at Finkbine Golf Course.
