Eaton paces Storm in Jim Weatherbee Invite

GALESBURG, Ill. -- After shooting a 355 on Saturday, the Simpson men's golf team ended the Jim Weatherbee Invite with a two-round total of 708 in the 20-team competition.

On the Soangetaha Country Club course, Nathan Eaton paced the team with a score of 166. Eaton shot 83 on both days of the event. Austin Hronich was second on the squad with a two-day score of 172. The senior fired an 85 on Friday and an 87 today to conclude match play.

Lucas Hemphill recorded a 178 and Zach Kreider followed with a 192 for Simpson.
