Simpson places fourth at Division III Invitational

EAST MOLINE, Ill. – The Simpson College women's wrestling team captured fourth place in a field of 23 programs at the two-day Quad Cities Division III Invitational.

The Storm tallied 106.0 team points to finish behind No. 1 North Central (232.5), No. 15 Wis.-Stevens Point (182.0) and No. 22 Schreiner (113.5).

Leading the way individually for Simpson was Emaline Hicks, Sarah Zimmerman and Ashley Cannon, each with second place finishes. Lily McMahon secured fifth place, Noa Arnold placed sixth and Jalynn Goodale took seventh.
