Storm wrap up season at Iowa Central

FORT DODGE, Iowa - The Simpson College women's tennis team concluded its season with a road contest at Iowa Central on Saturday.

The Storm (2-10, 2-6 A-R-C) started the match down 1-0, after the Tritons (2-0) won at No. 3 doubles via a walkover. The Tritons then took the remaining two doubles points with wins at the top two spots.

The Tritons clinched the match with wins at No. 1 and No. 2 singles, reaching the majority five-point mark and claiming the victory.

For the Storm, it marks the end of the team's 2023 campaign. The squad will resume action next fall, which is the team's conference season.
