• Clocked a career-best 31:31.02 at the Phil Esten Challenge, the 10th-fastest time in school history
• Ran a career-best 15:11.13 in the 5,000 meters at the Wis.-Platteville Invitational, the third-fastest time on the year for the Storm
• Ran a time of 8:50.10 at the Cyclone Open in the indoor 3,000 meters

2023 | junior

• Set three career-best marks in the indoor season, highlighted by a fifth-place finish in the 5,000 meters at the Bearcat Invite (15:32.66)
• Clocked a career-best in the outdoor 1,500 meters in a time of 4:11.17 at the Dr. Tucker Open

2022 | sophomore

• Ran career-bests in four outdoor events, the 1500 (4:14.21), 3000 (9:10.35), 3000 steeplechase (10:40.26), and the 5000 (16:30.93
• Set a career-best in the indoor mile with a time of 4:43.82 at the Liz Wuertz Invite

2021 | freshman

• Ran a season-best 9:41.12 in the indoor 3000 meters at the A-R-C Indoor Championships
