Simpson Announces 2021 Indoor Event Attendance Policy

INDIANOLA, Iowa -- Due to the rapidly changing environment that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought forth, the Simpson College athletic department has announced its attendance policy for all winter home events for men's and women's basketball and wrestling inside Cowles Fieldhouse.

At this time, the general public, faculty, staff and students will not be allowed to attend home contests inside Cowles Fieldhouse. Student-athletes and coaches from both teams will be permitted two spectators that can attend.

Spectators will use the southwest doors that enter into the arena near the D Street entrance and will be allowed to take their seats one hour prior to the start time in the west bleachers across from the team benches. Spectators will be required to wear a mask and maintain six feet from others outside of their household.
