2023 | junior

• Broke the school record in the outdoor 5,000 meters at the Kip Janvrin Open with a time of 17:37.20
• Ran a 18:12.95 in the indoor 5,000 meters at the A-R-C Indoor Championships, the second-fastest time in school history
• Took fourth place in the 10,000 meters at the A-R-C Outdoor Championships with a time of 38:15.56, also fourth in school history

2022 | sophomore

• Ran a career-best 19:07.11 in the 5000 meters at the Kip Janvrin Open, the second-fastest by a Storm runner on the year
• Also ran a career-best 11:20.70 in the 3000 meters at the Central Dutch Invite

2021 | freshman

• Clocked a career-best in the 1500 meters by running a 5:20.12

• A 2020 graduate of Dallas Center-Grimes High School
