Storm men compete at Wartburg Qualifier

WAVERLY, Iowa – A few members of the Simpson College men's track and field team competed at the Wartburg Qualifier on Saturday. Spencer Moon won the 3,000-meter run, Harry Dudley finished runner-up in the 5,000-meter run, and Ryan Courtney ran the third-fastest mile in school history.

The meet served as one final opportunity to qualify for the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships taking place in Winston-Salem, N.C. on March 25-26. The top 20 marks in each event earn a trip to the national meet, and the official qualifying list will be released on Sunday.
