Tennis makes hole-in-one, finishes top 25 in spring opener

CAMDENTON, Mo. -- Highlighted by a hole-in-one, freshman Jackson Tennis led the Simpson College men's golf team with a top 25 finish at the Verhille Invitational.

Tennis secured a tie for 25th place, wrapping up the two-day invite with a score of 155. His standout moment came on day one when he delivered a perfect shot on hole three, sinking an ace. He became the first Storm golfer to record a hole-in-one since Grady Haynes accomplished the feat at the 2022 American Rivers Conference Championship.
