Coming in at No. 2 on our countdown of the top highlights of 2013-14 is the long-awaited conference titles by Brad Vogel in the 55- and 200-meter dashes.

After finishing second indoors in the 55-meter dash in 2011 and 2012, Vogel suffered a hamstring injury in the finals in 2013. His patience paid off in 2014 when the senior won the 55 for his first conference title.

Vogel went on to have an even better outdoor season, which saw him come home with an IIAC title in the 200-meter dash. He narrowly missed out on a double championship, finishing second in the 100 meters by .02 seconds.
