Simpson women's golfers Hannah Gordon and Madison Hance earned Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholar honors for their work in the classroom during the 2017-18 season.
Bob Nutgrass appointed Athletic Director

Simpson College President Jay Simmons announced Wednesday that Bob Nutgrass, a long-time staff member and current assistant athletic director, will become the college’s next Athletic Director. He replaces Brian Niemuth, who has held the role for the past five years in addition to serving as the head women’s basketball coach.
