• Won the outdoor 5000 meters at the Wartburg Outdoor Select in a career-best time of 15:36.32
• Set a career-best in the outdoor 1500 meters, running a 4:08.26 at the Central-NWU-Simpson Tri Meet
• Claimed first place in the indoor 3000 meters at the Dutch A-R-C Triangular, running a 9:04.59

2020 | junior

• Recorded a career-best in the indoor mile at the Spartan Invitational (4:34.86)

2019 | sophomore

• Ran a career-best in the outdoor 800 meters, clocking a 2:02.58 at the Dr. Tucker Open
• Placed third in the outdoor 1500 meters with a time of 4:15.44 at the Central-NWU-Simpson Triangular

• Set a season-best in the indoor mile with a time of 4:46.33 at the Darren Young Invitational
