Storm complete season with road doubleheader

INDIANOLA, Iowa - The Simpson College men's tennis team completed its season with road conference matches against Wartburg and Coe.

Grant Love was the standout performer for the Storm (1-13, 0-8 A-R-C), winning matches in both doubles and singles disciplines.

Against Wartburg, Love picked up a straight-set win over Kaleb Franker at the No. 3 singles spot, 6-2, 6-2. Love then teamed up with Javier Robles Solis at No. 1 doubles for an 8-6 win against Coe's No. 1 team.

The duo also pushed the No. 1 duo for the Knights (11-16, 6-2 A-R-C), but narrowly fell by a score of 8-6. The Kohawks (13-11, 7-1 A-R-C) also claimed the singles matches for the victory.
