Storm fall to Duhawks in final road trip

DUBUQUE, Iowa – Da'Mani Brown caught five touchdown passes, three others scored twice, and Loras handed the Simpson College football team a 82-16 loss on Saturday.

The Duhawks (5-4, 4-3 A-R-C) took full advantage of an injury-depleted Storm defense, amassing 883 yards of offense on 75 plays. Loras scored two touchdowns on four offensive plays to start the game and later rattled off 61 unanswered points via seven passing touchdowns and two rushing scores.

Reed Worth added to his school record touchdown total with a pair of receiving scores in the first quarter, but Simpson (3-6, 2-5 A-R-C) was held in check the rest of the way. The Storm's only other points came from a Gabriel Williams' blocked PAT return with 3:40 left in the fourth.
