2022 | senior

• Took part in five races, finishing in the top seven for the Storm in all of them
• Finished third for the Storm and 13th overall at the Aurora Invitational, running a time of 26:39.5 in the 8k
• Ran a season-best in the 8k at the Platte River Rumble (26:14.4)

2021 | junior

• Ran in six races, finishing in the top seven for the Storm in five of those races
• Named to the A-R-C All-Academic Team for the second straight year
• Placed fourth overall at the Bill Buxton Invitational with a time of 19:49.8
• Set a career best in the 8k at the Jim Drews/Tori Neubauer Invitational with a time of 26:01.0
• Finished in 77th overall at the NCAA Division III Midwest Region Championships

2020 | sophomore

• Named to American Rivers Conference All-Academic Team
• Ran in all five races this fall for Simpson
• Finished third on the team at three events, with two fifth-place performances
• Tallied 34th at the American Rivers Conference Championships
• Ended third at the Nebraska Wesleyan Dual and sixth in the Loras Triangular

2019 | freshman

• Competed in all six meets for the Storm
• Ran a personal-best 8K of 28:06.9 at the Dan Huston Invitational
• Finished seventh on the team and 58th overall at the American Rivers Conference Championships

High School

• A 2019 graduate of Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center High School
• Coached by Colin Shawgo
• Named all-conference on three occasions
• Finished third as a team at state during sophomore year
• Earned All-State honors during junior and senior seasons for cross country and track and field
• Obtained all-conference honors during junior and senior years for track and field
• Received Academic All-State recognition in cross-country, track and field and basketball
