2024 | senior

• Ran a season-best 4:19.92 in the 1,500 meters at the Kip Janvrin Open
• Part of the distance medley relay team that too second at the Darren Young Classic

2023 | junior

• Claimed second in the mile at the Liz Wuertz Indoor Meet, with his time of 4:21.90 ninth-best in school history
• Took third in the indoor 3,000 meters at the Darren Young Classic with a time of 8:45.01, the fourth-fastest in Storm history
• Clocked a time of 31:27.16 in the 10,000 meters at the Phil Esten Challenge, the seventh-best in school history

2022 | sophomore

• Opened his season with a win in the indoor 1000 meters in a time of 2:41.78 at the Dutch Athletics Classic
• Set a career-best in the indoor 800 meters at the Grinnell Invitational, running a 2:03.37 to place third

2021 | freshman

• Clocked a career-best 4:22.97 in the mile at the A-R-C Indoor Championships
• Recorded a career-best in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:05.46 at the Central-NWU-Simpson Tri-Meet
