
Simpson Athletics to induct three into Hall of Fame
INDIANOLA, Iowa – The Simpson College Athletics Department is excited to welcome three exceptional student-athletes into the College's Athletics Hall of Fame as part of the 2024 Red & Gold Celebration this October.
The 2024 Hall of Fame class includes Taylor Nelson '14, Luke Stover '09, and Chip Brundage '99. Each made significant contributions to the Storm football program, with Brundage also excelling in track and field.
In addition to the Hall of Fame inductees, Simpson will honor three distinguished award recipients. Pat DeMouth '82 and Ryan Campbell '97 will receive the prestigious Double "S" Award, while Ron Warnet will be recognized with the Dick Buxton Award.
All honorees will be celebrated at the Red & Gold Celebration dinner, held in Hubbell Hall at the Kent Campus Center on Friday, Oct. 11, at 6 p.m. Guests are encouraged to register for the event before October 4 by clicking here.
The festivities will continue the following day, as the 2024 inductees and award winners will be introduced during halftime of the Simpson vs. Nebraska Wesleyan football game on Saturday, Oct. 12.
