Storm led by quartet at Dan Huston Invite

WAVERLY, Iowa -- Simpson women's cross country earned 11th place out of 13 teams at the Dan Huston Invitational on Saturday in Waverly, Iowa.

Finishing first for the Storm was Emily Buchheit with a time of 26:03.2. Buchheit placed 83rd in the individual rankings and was followed by Katie Murano in 85th, Audrey Klein in 95th, and Cat Lucht in 98th on the 6K course.

Also in competition for Simpson was Sophie Hall, Kyli Orr, Mackenzie Laughlin, Abby Loecke, Mary Nelson and Jamie Glanz.
