Storm race in Dan Huston Invitational

WAVERLY, Iowa -- Simpson men's cross country finished in eighth place out of 16 Division I, Division III and NAIA teams at the Dan Huston Invitational on Saturday afternoon.

Out of 12 runners for the Storm, Spencer Moon set the pace with a time of 27:11.5 to earn 28th overall in the individual rankings. Also finishing under 28 minutes was Jonathan Facio (27:36.8) and Shane Breheny (27:39.6) in the 8K race.

In addition, the team had Eric Baldus, Noah Nelsen, Ryan Courtney, Ryan Finer, Ean Warrick. Seth Nostrala, Tyler Combs, Luke Evans and Nathan Magalhaes competing at the Invitational.
