• Participated in six races, finishing as the top Storm runner in three of them
• Took 12th overall in the A-R-C Championships, earning all-conference honors
• Placed fifth overall at the Bill Buxton Invite, running a career-best 4k time of 16:29.2
• Set a new career-best in the 6k with a time 23:09.7 at the Platte River Rumble
• Took ninth overall at the Les Duke Invitational, running a 24:02.5

2021 | freshman

• Won first collegiate meet, taking first at Simpson's Bill Buxton Invite with a 4K time of 16:37.0
• Raced four other meets and finished top-5 on the team in all of them
• Tallied best 6K time of 23:47.2 at the Jim Drews/Tori Neubauer Invitational

High School

• A 2021 graduate of Dallas Center-Grimes High School
• Named first team all-state as a senior and sophomore, second team as a freshman
• Landed on the All-State Tournament Team as senior
• Earned first team all-conference and all-district as a freshman, sophomore and senior
• Member of the cross country team that finished as a runner-up twice at the state meet
• Graduate with honors

Personal

• Daughter of Sean and Jody Angus
• Has two siblings, Abbey and A.J.
• Majoring in date science with minors in coaching and health and exercise science
• Also a member of the Storm track and field team
