DUBUQUE, Iowa – Elisa Wildy and Tabitha Blaser combined for 22 kills but it wasn't enough for the Simpson volleyball team in a three-set loss to Loras on Tuesday.
Loras won the match 25-22, 25-17, 25-17.
Wildy had a season-high 12 kills and Blaser added 10 for the Storm (11-17, 0-6 Iowa Conference). Maura Chadwick had 23 assists and Olivia Sulentic had 16 digs.
Liz Jendra turned in a double-double with 12 kills and 16 digs to lead the Duhawks (17-11, 4-2), who clinched a berth in the Iowa Conference Tournament with the win.
