• Ran the third-fastest outdoor 800 meters with a time of 2:27.65 at the Dr. Tucker Open
• Took second in the indoor mile (5:52.19) at the Grinnell Invite
• Part of the 4x800 relay teams that finished fifth at both the indoor and outdoor conference championships

• A 2022 graduate of Dallas Center-Grimes High School
• Two-year letterwinner in cross country and three-year letterwinner in track and field
• 2x cross country state qualifier (2020, 21)
• All-conference and all-district performer in cross country (2021)
• Academic all-state in cross country (2021) and track and field (2022)
• 3x academic all-conference in cross country and track and field (2019, 20, 21)
• 2021 recipient of Coaches Award in cross country
