Storm women close IIAC Championships
STORM LAKE, Iowa - Sadie Timms came in seventh in the 3,000-meter run and the 4x800-meter relay took fifth to lead the Simpson women's track and field team at the 2016 Iowa Conference Indoor Championships at Lamberti Recreation Center.
Timms ran a personal-best 10:51.55 in the 3,000, topping her previous best by more than 8 seconds.
After winning the pentathlon Friday, Sarah Galbraith led off the 4x800 relay, teaming with Courtney Neuendorf, Jessica Gronke and Breanna Gaster to run 10:19.53. .
