ROCK ISLAND, Ill. - The Simpson volleyball team closed the Augustana Pumpkin Bash 3-1 after beating Concordia (Wis.) 3-0 and losing to William Penn 3-2 on Saturday.
The Storm beat Concordia 25-19, 25-12, 27-25 in the day's first match. In the tournament finale, Simpson fell to William Penn 25-20, 21-25, 25-23, 23-25, 17-15).
Steph Keller was named to the all-tournament team.
Simpson closes the book on the 2012 season with a 12-22 overall record.
