Storm continue season in Nebraska

ALDA, Neb. - The Simpson College shooting sports team traveled outside of Iowa for the first time this season to compete at the Bronco Invitational, at Heartland Public Shooting Park.

In women's skeet, Kylie Tierney greatly improved on her score in previous competitions, shooting a 93 to take fifth place overall.

In the men's trap discipline, Breydon Paxson was one of eight athletes that shot a 97, coming in right behind a trio of other shooters that posted 99's.

Anna Lopez also took home a top 10 finish in the women's sporting event, posting a score of 67. Both Lopez and Paxson finished in the top five for the Storm in each of the three disciplines. Lopez (238) and Tierney (237) each finished in the top 10 on the women's side overall as well.
