2023 | senior

• Recorded career-best throws in the outdoor shot put (10.40 meters) and the discus (27.61 meters) at the Central Dual
• Also set a career-best in the indoor shot put at the Darren Young Classic with a mark of 10.25 meters

2022 | junior

• Set career-bests in the shot put (10.27 meters), the discus (26.84 meters), and the hammer throw (32.93 meters) at the Simpson/Central dual.
• Also set a career-best in the indoor weight throw with a toss of 11.43 meters at Grinnell

2021 | sophomore

• Cleared nine meters in the shot put for the first time in her career with a throw of 9.02 meters at the Central-Neb. Wesleyan-Simpson Triangular outdoors and a 9.15 meter mark at the Dutch Holiday Preview indoors
• Also set season-highs in the discus (26.25 meters) and hammer throw (27.69 meters) at the Central-Neb. Wesleyan-Simpson Triangular

• Threw a 10.70 meter toss in the weight throw at the A-R-C Indoor Championships
