Storm women’s golf recognizes senior quartet

The Simpson women’s golf team had four seniors that lost out on their final spring season due to the COVID-19 pandemic as Haley Booton, Hannah Gordon, Madison Hance and Kelsey Poppe looked to close out their careers this semester.

Hannah Gordon and Conor Riordan highlighted the Simpson College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee’s (SAAC) SC Espys on Monday by receiving the Female and Male Athlete of the Year awards for their performances for the Storm during their senior campaigns.
A-R-C announces Fall All-Academic Team

The American Rivers Conference released its 2019 Fall All-Academic Team on Thursday as Simpson had 52 student-athletes receive the honor. In total, 438 student-athletes were recognized from around the league’s nine schools.
Gordon earns second place at A-R-C Championship

Hannah Gordon carded a career-low 71 on the final day of the American Rivers Conference Championship to finish in second place to receive All-Conference honors for the second year in a row on Monday.
