Bio

The 2011 season marks Danielson's first on Simpson's staff as an assistant track and field coach, focusing primarily on throwers. Danielson is a 2010 graduate of Simpson, where he participated in football and track and field.

Danielson was a seven-time letterwinner for the Storm, earning four as a thrower in track and field and three in football. He earned all-conference honors four times in the shot put, placing third at the Iowa Conference Indoor Championships in 2009 and 2010, taking second at the IIAC Outdoor Championships in 2009 and placing third outdoors in 2010.
