• Three-time A-R-C All-Academic Team (2021-23)
• Four-time letterwinner (2020-23)

2023 | senior

• Competed in two 5,000 meter events in the outdoor season, with a season-best of 15:29.46 set at the Kip Janvrin Open

2022 | junior

• Placed second in the 3000 meters at the Central Dutch Invite with a time of 8:46.30
• Set career-bests in the outdoor 1500 meters (4:09.63) and the 5000 meters (15:03.69)

2021 | sophomore

• Competed in just two races, running a 4:20.48 1500 meters and clocking a time of 16:29.60 in the 5000 meters

2020 | freshman

• Ran a career-best in the mile with a time of 4:39.32 at the Wartburg College Select

High School

• A 2019 graduate of Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center High School
• Coached by Colin Shawgo
• Named all-conference on three occasions
• Finished third as a team at state during sophomore year
• Earned All-State honors during junior and senior seasons for cross country and track and field
