CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa -- The Simpson College volleyball squad hit the road for the second-straight game on Wednesday, but lost 3-0 at Coe by set scores of 25-17, 25-23, 25-15.

The American Rivers Conference second-place squad, Kohawks (3-1, 3-1 A-R-C), started the first set with a 10-2 run. Coe ended with 15 kills in the opening set to take a 1-0 lead while the Storm (1-3, 1-3 A-R-C) tallied nine.
