The Simpson men's and women's cross country team were recently recognized for academic excellence by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA), earning NCAA Division III All-Academic Team honors for the 2015 season.

The Simpson cross country teams opened the 2015 season at the annual Augustana Twilight on Friday evening. The women placed 10th of 20 teams while the men came in 15th of 20.
